System Development Manager


  • Lead a sizeable team of up to 30 team members in project management, system design, system development, infrastructure development or testing
  • Responsible for managing medium complexity projects, including deliverables, timeline, resources and financials
  • Manage client expectations including scope of work, status reporting and communications
  • Manage and oversee various technical elements of the project and third party vendors
  • Manage new business development plan and strategies
  • Work closely with senior executives and C Level executives over at the clients end
  • Industry specialization may be required, hence the need to be well equipped with business and industry trends is expected
  • Manage career goals of junior resources and performance management


  • 6-8 years working experience in the IT industry
  • Degree or master holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields


  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Stay up to date with latest technology advancement and changes
  • Able to travel (when required)
  • Able to manage a big team of 30 team members
  • Good understanding of project execution approach and procedures
  • Required skill(s): ASP.Net, C#.NET Language
  • Preferable candidate who has SQL and ETL background
